Our beloved shelter is a newly refurbished 3-bedrooms family home in the sought-after Marais, at a walking distance from île Saint-Louis, Notre Dame, la Seine river, in the heart of historic Paris, "le Marais".
This XIX century apartment, Haussmann tradition, offers all the accommodation you can expect from the XXI century (air conditioning excluded).
Each bedroom is equipped with a 2 persons new bed and its own bathroom (WC is excluded and shared for 2 of the bedrooms- 2 bathtubes are provided and one bathroom offers a shower).
The property benefits from a big living room, with old fireplace, a study-room with a unique bookcase.
The atmosphere is very calm, charming and bright.PGJyPg
The decoration of the apartment is refined, with some antics pieces of furniture and artfacts.
Opposite the entrance of the building the famous "Garde Républicaine" building which hosts some of the fashion week shows.
Outside the building a convenient store is available at 50 meters open 7 days a week, a café 100 meters, a bakery, a restaurant "La Reine Margot" 50 meters.
The royal "Place des Vosges" is distant 8 minutes away by foot
