About this house rental

This is my home when it's not being rented out to guests.

It has two private bedrooms, one private bathroom and one shared full bathroom. My room will have some clothes in the closet/dresser but the guest room will not.

I try to leave a shelf in the fridge empty for my guests to use during their stay.

The condo is a 10 min. walk from the beach (intercostal side of A1A) and a 20 min. drive to all the attractions in St Augustine. Parking is free and available in the back.

I will provide check-in details a few days before you arrive.

Parking is located in the back of the condo building.

The house is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. For your added safety, security cameras are installed on the front and back porches.
