Welcome to Ocean Village Club L25, a bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation condo located in a desirable oceanfront complex in St. Augustine Beach. This second-floor unit offers private beach access, access to resort-style amenities, and all the comforts of home—perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
The living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped community grounds. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun while taking in the peaceful surroundings and ocean breeze.
Just off the living room is a cozy dining area with a glass-top table ideal for shared meals or game nights. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher, providing everything you need to prepare meals and snacks with ease.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a TV, and easy access to the second full bathroom, making it an excellent space for children or additional guests. Towels and linens are provided, and a washer and dryer in the unit offer added convenience for longer stays.

This is the second time we’ve stayed on this property. We are accustomed to staying ocean view/front, but decided to come down last minute. The condo itself was clean. The property was well maintained. The resort we typically stay at when we come down has an indoor pool and hot tubs. The weather was beautiful, so the indoor pool wasn’t missed, but the hot tubs were. My husband loved the covered area by the main pool, since he doesn’t like to be in the sun for long periods.

While I did enjoy the condo itself, it is clean and bright, upgrades are needed. The television in the bedroom did not work. It is old and time to replace. The pillows on the bed are so flat, they are almost non-existent. Time for new bedding and pillows. The hall bathroom toilet flap needs replacing. My guests were 67 and 70 years young. The trek to the beach from this condo was too much.
