Welcome to Ocean Village Club Q35, a pet-friendly, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the third floor of a gated community along the Atlantic Ocean. With a prime location, this condo offers easy access to resort amenities, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, a grill area, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
Step onto your private balcony at Ocean Village Club Q35 and take in serene views of the pool, lush palm trees, and the ocean beyond. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while savoring the coastal breeze.
The spacious living area features calming creams, blues, and greens, creating a peaceful retreat. Relax on the comfortable seating to watch a movie on the TV or plan your adventures with complimentary Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area seats four, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar for casual meals or conversation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the cookware you need for preparing meals or reheating leftovers from nearby restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of home during your stay.
The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or guests, offering two twin beds and plenty of space to relax. The condo is clean and the location is excellent. Very conveniently located within the neighborhood and on St Augustine Beach. There are ample starter supplies inside and the kitchen is well stocked. Notes to consider:Check in is 2 miles away and some information is available in the portal, some in an email, and the most important part of the door code that we didn’t know we needed was on a small slip of paper paper clipped to the parking pass. Keys had to be retuned to the office 2 miles away instead of being left on the table.There is no plastic drinkware or dinnerware and no dishes with lids for food storage . The cushions on the balcony furniture are completely worn out and need to be replaced.

Nice condo in a quiet and family oriented community. Comfortable accomodations and the private beach access was in quick walking distance. In the summer, the proximity to the pool is probably a plus (the heated pool was in a different section of the community, but that wasn't a focus for me this trip). The screen door on the balcony had some isses, in addition to a spraying faucet in the main bathroom, but these things didn't detract from our stay. If I'm headed to St.Augustine again this rental will definitely be on my radar.

I can't understand why things like toilet paper and garbage bags weren't provided. Also no beach towels. Minimal maintenance has been done, obviously. I would not choose this property again.
