We had an amazing stay! The townhome is in a perfect location, tucked toward the back of the neighborhood, closest to the beach, just a short walk to the sand. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. From plenty of beach towels and a beach wagon to dog bowls and other small touches, it made traveling with our pup and teen girls so easy. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe.The area, and the beach itself, is very dog-friendly, and we loved how calm and uncrowded it was. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need. The space is even better than the photos, it has such a warm, welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home.Terri was fantastic to work with, quick to respond and full of helpful local recommendations. If you're using the beach wagon, we recommend taking the road access just past the main entrance to avoid the steps by the dunes. We’d absolutely recommend this place and hope to return soon!

St Augustine beach and tennis resort holds a special place in my heart, and this host helped keep that going. One of the best units and a fantastic host. The house was clean!!! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach cart, comfy beds, everything you need! We did a last minute booking and were devastated we had to leave! Host was easy to get ahold of if needed. We will be back! Thank you so much for hosting us! 10/10

We stayed for a week and loved the location. We’ve been coming to this complex now for 7 years and have always stayed with family in a different unit but with 2 kids now it’s nice to stay in our own place. Pool is heated and very nice. Short walk to the beach and make sure you feed the tortoise on the boardwalk to the beach some fresh produce. The only things missing were a few kitchen items like a cookie sheet, oven mitts, measuring cups, etc. and maybe a few more beach towels and we bought a baby gate for the stairs if you have little ones but that’s it. Everything else was great and no real complaints from us. The host was great and very responsive. We will visit again!
