Host was great! Complex was clean and friendly. Heated pool was perfection in January. Only blip was mattress was too soft for us, but this is a personal preference. No reflection on host.

Dawn was an excellent host with top notch communication/accomodations and even sent me suggestions for favorite restaurants/things to do in the area, which was exceptional, compared to previous hosts I have engaged with. Will look for her stays again in the future.

Property located on the noisy side of street. Balcony of street traffic as view. If you have any problems with climbing stairs not a good choice. Great place if you have pets. Pools were closed for construction and the beach was farther away than depicted in property descriptions. Issues with the water pressures and the stove and fridge were too big, the oven could not open past the door knob on the sink. Great place if you’re mid 30s and are in need of a place for the night. Owner very cooperative with helping with meeting our needs.
