The dining table seats three and doubles as a game or work space, with free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking task, from broiling fresh catch to quick breakfasts, and includes a dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and icemaker. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV with VCR, reading chair, and private lanai access for restful sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, plus a washer and dryer for convenient laundry. Outside the condo, Ocean Village Club provides shuffleboard, a fitness center, and a lending library. Nearby, you’ll find golf, shopping, dining, and historic St. Augustine. Construction Notice: The Ocean Village Club boardwalk will be closed Spring 2026 for deck board replacement. Beach access via the boardwalk will not be available during this time. Guests can access the beach using the Dondanville Street entrance through the back gate, approximately 0.3 miles away (about a 7-minute walk). Guests with a 4x4 vehicle may also choose to drive.
