About this villa rental
The villa is ideally located, quiet, in lush greenery, in a private subdivision with superb views of the wooded hill, as well as sea views. It has 2 large terraces, 1 partially shaded: lounge garden with a very friendly bar. The swimming pool (9.5mx 4.5m) is very private, located a few steps down, in the sun all day, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and varied and sheltered from all eyes. The garden of 15 ares is pleasantly raised and flowers and gives to its occupants a real peace. The layout and equipment of the house are recent and quality. The decoration is refined. The villa is located 5 minutes from the landing beach, beautiful and large sandy beach with a pontoon (lifeguard and volleyball in high season) lined with several bars / restaurants. The house is 10 minutes from the shops of the village, however 1st supermarket less than 1 km.

A beautiful and very well maintained property which matched its description in every way. Fantastic location - just a couple of minutes from the beach, the village and everything such a holiday location needs. Really helpful and friendly owner and local representative. Highly recommended!

The house met our expectations 100% Everything in the house worked and was in good shape. The pool was lovely and the Location lovely and quiet but still with easy access to beaches and cities plus villages

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa very much. It is well maintained, clean and good located. Nice views to the sea and the calm and beautiful garden are an additional plus.

We enjoyed our holiday in this lovely villa. It has been decorated and equipped with care and attention to detail. The garden and pool area are simply stunning - very secluded and private - the sun stayed on the pool until after 7.00pm in the evening. We enjoyed taking our breakfast out on the terrace watching the white sailboats on the turquoise sea in the distance - a perfect start to the day! Less than 5 minute drive to the local Spar and beach and the lovely town of La Croix Valmer! Everything was as described and I would definitely recommend this villa to a friend. We all fell in love with it! Thank you.
