About this house rental
Cozy and warmly decorated villa with very spacious terraces with a separate pool house. Optimal use of sun and shade where necessary, fully south-facing with a lot of privacy (no view), pleasant infinity swimming pool with shallow front area (body or for children) and heated outdoor shower, automatic roller shutter (child safety). There is sea view from the entire terrace. On the very large terrace you can relax in the hammock, lounge or lounge chairs or enjoy a cozy meal together.
House suitable for 6 people. Finished with high quality materials.
Modern kitchen with large Falcon stove and induction hobs, equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extra shower, 2 separate toilets.
Extra equipment: storage room with 2nd large American fridge with freezer and ice maker, washing machine, TV with satellite reception and TV Flanders, Bose music system, large Broil King gas barbecue, large lounge seating area, covered patio, covered carport, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, wifi. Piscinist comes by every week.
Terraced and illuminated garden of around 15a. Located in the hills of La Croix Valmer overlooking the Bay of Cavalaire and Cap Lardier. La Croix-Valmer is a lively seaside resort and the Sunday market is well-known in the wider area.
About 2 km from the beach, 5 minutes drive to La Croix Valmer village, easy access to St Tropez and Pampelonne beaches by back roads. Trip to the beautiful islands of Iles-d'Or via the nearby Plage du Debarquement.
Activities:
1) You can walk the Côte d’Azur almost completely along the coast.
Sentiers du Littoral are hiking trails that allow you to follow the coast even when there is no beach. Hereby you have to climb and descend regularly, jump from rock to rock while enjoying the salty sea odor, the sound of the surf and the many bays you pass in the meantime. Delicious! The paths are well maintained so that they can be used well throughout the year.
2) In the house is a booklet "amusez-vous" (or at Office de tourisme): here you will find many activities in the immediate neighborhood.
3) You can also rent e-bikes and scooters in the center of the village at Blue Bike.
4) Very many nice beach bars on the many beaches, good restaurants, many wine domains that sometimes even run to the beach and Provencal markets in the villages.

Beautiful villa with panoramic views, even from inside. Very well equipped (e.g. kitchen utensils, petanque court, garden furniture). Spacious and comfortable outdoor living area - absolutely quiet and not lonely location.Uncomplicated contact with owner and concierge with quick responses.

We spent a week at Sable and really did not want to leave!
The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, individual large bathrooms. We and our teenagers all had sufficient space to enjoy a family holiday and also chill separately.
The most stunning part of the house though is the view across the infinity pool towards the sea. Despite a week of mixed weather (October), the view remained spectacular!
The kitchen is well equipped and we loved using the BBQ.
Sabine, the Concierge, was friendly and efficient.
We also appreciated the welcome email from Kris with local recommendations - would highly recommend the local butchers, bakers & fish shop in La Croix Valmer.
In short, we will definitely be returning to Sable please!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this idyllic villa. Everything was perfection and obviously a well loved and cared for property in a beautiful location. The owner was very kind and attentive.
