About this house rental
Villa of full foot, exposed South-East, being able to accomodate 4/5 people, closed raised garden, of 1100 m ².
The house consists of:
Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90/200, wardrobe closet
Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 160/200, wardrobe closet
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140/200
Bathroom: 2 sink and bathtub and washing machine + WC
Shower room: 1 sink, 1 shower + WC
Large living room with bay window on terrace and garden
- terrace with sea view and barbecue
- dining area, fireplace, armchairs, sofa
- beautiful new American kitchen (induction cooking, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils)
Outside, terrace with awning and garden furniture.
Beach and village are 5 minutes by car.
Possibility to rent a 12m50 racing / cruising sailboat (3 cabins) on request
Saint-tropez at 15kms or 20 mins by car by Gassin.

Located near famous villages to visit like St-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud, Cavalaire.
Beautiful walks (or mountain biking) on the peninsula with a very beautiful coastal path from Gigaro, Cap Lardier, escalal but also in green spaces and on the heights of the village.
Also a motorbike or car ride to the Gorges du Verdon, the Thoronet Abbey in the Haut Var, offer a change of scenery and contrast with the coastline.
All the pleasures of swimming and water sports are available in the large sandy bay of La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire.

We had a great stay here. Bastian was easy to deal with and we had no problems other than the fan didn't work. The pool area was a delight, the flowers and herbs there were lovely as well as the rest of the gardens... may be unsuitable for young children due to the steps and levels outside and the driveway is very steep, as they all seem to be in this particular area
The kitchen was well equipped and the main bathroom was great, the second bathroom is dated but the photos show this.
The views are wonderful and there is off road parking opposite and the road is very quiet.
The main town has cafes and supermarkets and we generally ate at the local beach in the evening or Cavaliere sur Mer both a short drive away. Our favourite beach was at Gigaro, not far away either.
We will return as this proved ideal for us!

Netter Vermieter der immer erreichbar war.
Das Haus hat einen eigenen Charme, kein steriler Neubau.
Aber so wie beschrieben, nicht weit von der Küste und damit eine gute Lage.

Idéal pour être loin du tumulte du bord de mer et se ressourcer en famille dans un cadre bucolique et accueillant, esprit maison de famille. Bien situé pour accéder à des endroits mythiques mais aussi à des lieux de rêve moins connus. L'accueil est discret et chaleureux. Nous avons adoré.

Excellent logement, tout est parfait, suffisamment d'espace, toutes les commodités sont disponibles, la plage et le restaurant sont même accessibles à pied en une demi-heure, calme, à recommander vivement.
