About this villa rental
The villa is ideally located, quiet, in lush greenery, in a private subdivision with superb views of the wooded hill, as well as sea views. It has 2 large terraces, 1 partially shaded: lounge garden with a very friendly bar. The swimming pool (9.5mx 4.5m) is very private, located a few steps down, in the sun all day, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and varied and sheltered from all eyes. The garden of 15 ares is pleasantly raised and flowers and gives to its occupants a real peace. The layout and equipment of the house are recent and quality. The decoration is refined. The villa is located 5 minutes from the landing beach, beautiful and large sandy beach with a pontoon (lifeguard and volleyball in high season) lined with several bars / restaurants. The house is 10 minutes from the shops of the village, however 1st supermarket less than 1 km.

A beautiful and very well maintained property which matched its description in every way. Fantastic location - just a couple of minutes from the beach, the village and everything such a holiday location needs. Really helpful and friendly owner and local representative. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette belle villa. Le jardin, très bien entretenu, est l’un de ses atouts. Sans aucun vis à vis, il a des airs de jardin tropical avec son beau palmier, la piscine et même la vue sur la mer au loin! La maison est bien agencée. La pièce principale est très grande et donne une impression d’espace dès qu’on rentre. La maison est bien équipée et facile à vivre. Accueil très sympa et efficace de la personne en charge du ménage.
Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation au mois d’avril mais cela doit être bien pratique quand les températures montent dans la région.

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einem Villenviertel. Der Garten ist sehr schön bepflanzt mit mediterranen Sträuchern und Sukkulenten, blickdicht von der Straße und von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Das Haus selber ist einem guten Zustand, die Küche ist neu, das Bad und WC unten ebenso. Wir haben nur das Erdgeschoss benutzt. Es gab alle Küchengeräte, die man brauchte. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns die Haushälterin erwartet und hat uns das Haus gezeigt. Alles war tipp topp sauber. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Woche da verbracht. Man kann Ausflüge zu den Weinkellereien der Region, nach St. Tropez, Frejus, Cavalaire, Hyeres, etc. unternehmen.
