We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony to enjoy the sea wind. We are waiting for you!

- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (2* 90x190) and dining area that can accommodate 6 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 : a bunk bed (90x190) and storage space.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A balcony of 5m², facing South to enjoy the beautiful days with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
