In Courseulles-sur-Mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 40 m² flat (excluding loggias) with port view, 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
- A 21 m² living room with double sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot (bottom mattress only), plancha, tumble dryer, fan.
Outside:
- A first loggia of 10 m² with a view of the sea and the port, with a table and 2 chairs.
- A second loggia overlooking the street and the countryside, accessible from the bedroom, with 2 sun loungers.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to the beach, port, shops, restaurants, market, pedestrian street, fish market, bus stops...
Activities :
Visit to the D-Day landing beaches, boat trips, diving club, beach and nautical center, longe-côte and sailing, sand yachting, Juno Beach museum, mini-golf, skate park, equestrian center
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. There are also public car parks along the VER road.
