Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

Beautiful condo with an exceptional view! Very nice and quiet. Will only stay here if possible on any return trips.

Nice, cozy room. Could have been cleaner, black in corners of shower. The couch covers were tattered and had some crumbs on them. Enjoyed the ocean view and the pool area!

Loved the condo, the view, and the simple check in and check out. The 2 elevators were not working and being on the 11th floor made for an extremely long climb up the stairs after a long day at a the beach and huge dinner. One day only one elevator was working making it crowded and very busy. When we stayed in this building last fall we had the same issue. It was so difficult this time we may not return to this building unless new elevators are installed. Climbing 11 flights of stairs is difficult for us retired folks.
