Inverness 1104 is the penthouse you have been looking for. This beautiful condo has everything you and your family will want for your stay on South Padre Island. The spacious kitchen with two islands provides all the room you need to make family meals after a long day on the beach enjoying the sand and sun. Eat together at the dining table while enjoying a full water view. The living room and dining table are set up to maximize the view that only this condo can provide. Rest your head in one of 3 bedrooms, a King bed in the primary bedroom, and 1 queen bed in each guest bedroom. There is also a sofa sleeper as a different bedding option. Please request linens from the Welcome Desk if you plan on using the sofa sleeper. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, and second guest bedroom.

It was perfect for our birthday celebration. Loved the view and the access to the beach. We had a great time. The check-in process was very efficient and we had no problems with anything in the condo. Would be happy to stay there again.

I am very disappointed with Property management and getting in contact with owner. While this property has been updated Vrbo pictures reflected that, but they did not reflect the very bad condition of the living room and dining room chairs. On 9/19/2025, we walked in to find the living room and dining room chairs filthy and dead roaches under the kitchen sink. We had paid for 3 bedrooms but had to strip the sheets and covers off the bed to cover the couch, chairs, and dining room chairs cushions because of how soiled they were. So, we could not use the 3rd bedroom for the trip. We tried contacting the owner but were only able to contact Padra Island Rentals office. We contacted Vrbo (Case # 144556029) to let them know and they provided us with other numbers to reach the owner. However, these numbers were for Padre Island Rentals and when we told them about the furniture, they said that they would send someone over to clean it, but no one came. However, they did send someone to spray for roaches. We asked for a refund until the furniture was cleaned. Then on Monday 9/22/2025 called Padre Island rentals again to inquire about the furniture being cleaned and for a refund and they said they would send someone out. Again, no one ever came. Contacted Vrbo again (Vrbo 144628137), they tried contacting the owner with no success. We asked for a refund until the furniture was cleaned. Sent Vrbo pictures of the furniture in question.
