New Listing! This Gulf view cannot be beat. A beautifully remodeled penthouse condo at Florence II is sure to make your beach trip a special one. Our huge private balcony overlooks the beach and has it's own hot tub and plenty of seating for your gathering. Florence II is a small building on the north side of the island that is just steps from the ocean.
Pack light because this condo has everything you need for a relaxing time at South Padre.

King bedroom with jetted tub in bathroom.
Full bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Walk in shower in 2nd bath.

Condo has a reserved garage parking space.
Gated pool area with heated pool and hot tub. The beach is just a short walk through the pool area.
Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. Please reach out prior to booking if you need more info about dates.

The condo is beautiful with amazing views. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the hot tub was not clean and would not turn on and i received no response to email informing owners. If you do not care about hot tub then i highly recommend this condo.

Location was perfect, hot tub was a big plus and the condo itself was just the right size and amazing. The beds are super comfortable and the condo had everything you could need for cooking. Looking forward to returning.
