We really liked the accommodations. The huge balcony and beachfront view were wonderful especially since my elderly mom has limited walking ability. The two things that overshadowed stay was that the adult hot tub was not working, plus one of the two elevators was not working. Also the security access to the Inverness was limited..the main garage was always open, plus the beach access gate was always open. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Our trip was a sister trip. The booking process was very easy and staff very friendly. The condo was perfect with the beach front view. We enjoyed our stay and more than likely stay at the same place.

The directions that was sent by text said the fob and paperwork was in the unit, but we were stopped by the person at the desk (Caddie?). She said that we had to sign in there instead. So an update on that information would be a great start.
Bathrooms were small and the one in the master had hair in the tub when we arrived. One of the sliding doors didn't lock. Unit had plenty of room for 5 adults and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The views from the balcony were wonderful. Short elevator ride and walk to the beach.
