Looking for a quieter, relaxed, safe escape in Panama City Beach Florida? Pinnacle Port is it. It is the beach you remember growing up.
Nestled between The Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Lake Powell, Pinnacle Port offers up the most impressive views of the shoreline of the Florida Panhandle. Featuring, direct gulf views off the dining and living room areas. Sit on the balcony off the living room and listen to the waves. The entire condo was renovated in 2024 and features all new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and quartz counter tops. A half bath with a washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room has a comfy pull out sleeper sofa.
Upstairs you'll find a guest bedroom with direct gulf front views. There is a king bed as well as a twin blow up mattress for a total of 3 areas to sleep.
The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath, and balcony views of Lake Powell and the bridge leading into Walton County. The resort has 2 pools, one that is partially covered for those hot beach days. It is also heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment. 2 saunas are available for your use. Pinnacle Port has 2 grilling areas located throughout the property one of them viewable from the living room balcony. They have a beach side playground, boat slips and docks for fishing. There are tennis/pickleball and bocce ball. All of this in a safe, gated community lined with sidewalks and palm trees for bike riding.
**This 2 story condo requires stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms & baths. This is an older building so the ceilings are lower-8 ft tall and it is not handicap accessible.
** There is a $35 parking fee per car per stay paid to the resort.

My wife, two younger boys and I love this place and plan to return. My 1st priority is the beach then the lodging. Both were ideal and exceeded our expectations. The Beach: My wife wanted to stay in the heart of 30A, but I dislike the crowed beaches, fighting for a spot and rows of chairs, so I moved my search right on the edge of all of that. She said no when I showed her this location but once she asked our travel agent friend her opinion, she agreed. Our friend confirmed this was the perfect spot if you want the 30A experience but not the 30A crowds. This property is located next to a state park and inlet. The inlet is where we spent all of our beach days. It's perfect for kids! Shallow, calm waters, filled with small wildlife. In the mornings when the tide is coming in its crystal clear, just amazing. Every day we were shocked more people were not there. The Lodging: Is actually on the penthouse floor with great views. It's perfect for a single family. I didn't notice anything that wasn't as listed in the description. Our boys loved it! Things we didn't know. The pool has a walk-up window that sales adult drinks, kid drinks and a full menu with good food. Check the hours though. It also has a few things you may run out of like lotions, waters, etc. In the house, there are multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, pool/beach toys and a wagon for use. The carillon beach community this property is located in has shopping and restaurants in it.

This is my husband and my 3rd time staying in Pinnacle port and love it! The private beach is an absolute MUST ever since we found this place! Everyone is so friendly and everything is so easy! The fact that this owner has thought to leave a pack n play, trundle bed, and an air mattress in a closet is absolutely amazing. When traveling with younger children you don’t really trust them sleeping on the pull out bed in the living room and the fact we had enough beds in our rooms was wonderful! The only thing that would make it even better is if they kept a gate for the stairs in a closet! We will definitely come back to PH-7 on our next trip!!!! By far my favorite place we’ve stayed in at pinnacle port!
