About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to Pinnacle Paradise, a comfortable 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental located in Pinnacle Port within the gated Carillon Beach community on the west end of Panama City Beach. This condo is located in the high-rise building and offers a relaxing coastal setting with views of the Gulf, beach, pool, and nearby lake scenery.
The main level features a spacious kitchen with updated cabinetry, granite countertops, updated appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals during your stay. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a queen-size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Upstairs, guests will find both bedrooms, offering added separation between the shared living space and sleeping areas.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf/beach. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the coastal breeze, take in the views, or relax after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed. Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated and feature beautiful walk-in showers, giving the unit a fresh, updated feel.

Pinnacle Paradise includes the thoughtful comforts guests look for during a beach vacation. The kitchen is equipped with dining space, dishes and utensils, a microwave, oven, toaster, and full kitchen essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals at home between beach and pool time. Central air conditioning, central heat, provided linens, and provided towels help keep your stay comfortable from arrival to departure.
The 2-story layout gives this condo a spacious, home-like feel, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the main level and the bedrooms located upstairs. The living room gives guests a welcoming place to relax after a day in the sun, with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and sofa sleeper. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers its own private balcony with beautiful views overlooking the pool and Gulf/beach, creating a peaceful place to start or end the day.
Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated and feature beautiful walk-in showers, adding an upgraded touch to the home. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added convenience during longer stays.
Parking:
The process for securing permitted parking at Pinnacle Port is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided: 30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link (provided below) to register for parking. There currently is no cost. No more than two cars are allowed per reservation.
Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn't possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community.

About the Community/Property:
Pinnacle Port is a gated beachfront community on the west end of Panama City Beach, adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake. Uniquely positioned between the Gulf and Lake Powell/Phillips Inlet, the resort offers access to both fresh water and Gulf activities in a peaceful, secluded setting, while still being close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The community features 24-hour security, two pools, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a basketball court, community grills, and private beach access. Pinnacle Port also offers its own boat ramp and boat docks on Lake Powell, making it a rare option for guests who enjoy boating, paddling, and fishing.
Just beyond the gates, Carillon Beach offers convenient dining, shopping, and wellness options. In Downtown Carillon Market, guests can enjoy Lake Powell Pizza, Little Beach Cafe, and Grat-i-fy, along with shops, bike and paddleboard rentals, a fitness studio, and spa services. Publix, Winn-Dixie, and CVS are also located less than a mile away.
For even more dining, shopping, and family fun, Pier Park is a short drive away, and 30A communities including Rosemary Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach are all easily accessible. Additional nearby attractions include mini golf, go-karts, Gulf World, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and charter fishing excursions from Captain Anderson's Marina.
During the summer season, the snack bar at the tower pool offers casual favorites like burgers, fries, pizza, and bags of ice. For added convenience, there is also a bathroom and changing area located on the first floor of the building.
The designated beach vendor for this area is Burk's Beach Services, LLC, which offers beach chair and umbrella rentals by the day, week, or month.
Other details to note:
There are no golf carts allowed on this property.
The trash chute is in the elevator lobby. When you head to the elevator from the unit, turn to the right to locate the chute.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external Ring doorbell camera located on the exterior of the front door at this vacation rental.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
