Three Bedroom Beachfront Condo at Pinnacle Port

Condo was very nice and view of the gulf was great.

Great place to stay! Perfect for our family getaway. Each room had a great view of the ocean and condo was mostly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Carol kept in great contact throughout our stay making sure everything went smoothly. Carillon Beach was the perfect village by the sea and lived up to its charm. We enjoyed fishing off the dock in the mornings and beaching it through the day. We will definitely be back! Only complaint would be the elevators were shotty and we were down to only 1/3 working on the day we left which made things a bit tougher than they should have been but that’s no fault of the owners.

Check in was easy, no issues. I like the fact that it is located in a gated community. I was hoping the room would have some random beach chairs , fans, games, etc that most condos have, but this one did not have any of that. We wanted a place that had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The bedrooms were sized fine but the common areas were not large enough to accommodate that many people. The balconies are tiny. You are not allowed to leave a beach cart outside your door and the balcony was not big enough for it, so we had to keep it parked in the kitchen. Most of the sheets and towels etc were stained. I understand the difference between “dirty” and “stained” but I don’t want to pay what we paid to sleep on stained sheets and dry off with stained towels. I even went back and checked the reviews once we got there, no one else seemed to mention these things. The furniture is stained and the whole place could just use a good deep cleaning. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor one night and the a/c consistently stayed at 75-76 despite being set on 67, and no we did not keep the doors or windows open. When I called about the linens and dishwasher I got a quick response and the housekeeper was wonderful. She even contacted us the next day to see if we needed anything. The location is great, the pool is great, the beach was great. They do put up 1 row of rentable chairs but you can set up in front of them. Overall, it’s a nice, older place, it just needs a little TLC.
