Miles of beautiful western sunset views from your first-floor balcony and living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for crafting memorable family meals. There is a first-floor bedroom with a queen size bed with an ensuite full bathroom and fabulous beach views. The second floor, master bedroom has a queen size bed, an ensuite full bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, stunning Gulf views out the large windows, and a full bathroom in the hall.
The Pinnacle Port community is a hidden gem located within the gates of Carillon Beach, an upscale area with large homes, shops, and restaurants, this resort is only a few miles from 30A to the west and a few miles from Pier Park shopping to the east. Sit back and relax on the private uncrowded beach, stroll along the manicured landscaped streets, enjoy some fishing and kayaking on Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), or make a splash in one of our two pools, complete with a poolside cafe and family movie nights in the summer. Pinnacle Port Resort offers a unique blend of relaxation with gated and roving security. Nowhere else in the panhandle will you find a resort with a location like this one. Great location close to all things 30a. Super clean, beachfront, nice size pool and covered parking. Only complaints are there was no hairdryer in the unit and no additional blankets For the beds. I like to have a blanket on me at night and I could not find one other than that. The unit was perfect!

We normally stay at a house in Carillon Beach, but this year we only had 6 people going, so we opted for a smaller place. The unit itself was great. The pictures made it appear larger, but for our size group, it was plenty of room. Great views from the balcony. Easy access to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, big enough to not be crowded. My only complaint was the building. The elevators were very slow. There were 3 elevators but only 2 were working so there were usually long lines to get one. Other than that, we were happy. Location is awesome if you’re wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, but still a short drive to Pier Park and all the fun stuff.

Great experience unfortunately there were some maintenance issues with the water. Also, our water dispenser in the refrigerator didn’t work the entire time and we had no ice.
