Loved the view from the balcony and the condo was nice

The owners of this condo need to do some major updating. The tile needs to be replaced. There’s many many cracks and tiles and different rooms. The door out to the patio from the living room is very very hard to open. It has a film on it. You can’t see out of it very well. It needs new paint. There was some of the tile was very, very dirty.
