Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property was just as listed. My family of 8 had plenty of room in the condo. The bunkbeds were awesome since it allowed 4 additional people to sleep in their own beds. Not too many condos offer that. There was plenty of cookware and dishes. Definitely recommend this property is you have a large group!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Condo was nice, spacious and great location. The balcony had a great view and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean! Check-in and check-out was very convenient and easy!CONS: We had nine guests in a condo that slept ten. There were six towels and maybe three washcloths. I do not feel that is adequate for the amount of people that the condo is equipped to hold. Could have a few more items in the kitchen as well. Parking is awful! You are only allowed one vehicle per unit. It is really difficult to use one vehicle with nine people and two full size car seats. The only parking that the management suggests is a 15-20 minute drive and is a dark, mud hole with no lights or any kind of security. I do not believe this is acceptable. Not only is it unsafe for your vehicle, if you desire to go anywhere(you normally do) you have to spend 30-50 minutes just getting your vehicles back to your location. Then after you are finished for the day, you have to spend 30-50 minutes driving the vehicles back to the unacceptable parking lot then returning back to the condo. This is terribly inconvenient! Most of the properties will tow your vehicle if left over night. This is also the same businesses that the vacationer is spending their money with during their stay. The management of the condo(Liquid Life Rentals) does make you aware of the parking situation before your stay in an email briefly. But, they do not stress the lack of parking in the surrounding areas or their poor options. Therefore, one would assume that there is an overflow parking lot that is at least within walking distance or a short commute(five minutes) and not in a dark, muddy mess. Most renters are from out of town, I would guess. So, you really don't know what the situations are and kind of rely on the company that you rent from to do a better job of preparing you. I would recommend this condo to someone after the parking situation is better!
