The property is very clean and safe. It was a perfect for our Bachelorette trip. The location is perfect and allows easy access to the beach. The property manager is in contact with you frequently and is open to receive messages at any time. Very pleased with this rental!

View of the Gulf was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. S
Stores and restaurants were very close.
Issues; washer washes with hot water when cold water is selected. Ceiling fan in family room did not work. Light figures...most were not hung straight. Flooring was full of gaps...poor install performed. We were met with variety of bugs / roaches every morning. Refrigerator door seal is pulled loose and doesn't seal well. Ceiling above stove and island...filthy.
Deck / furnishings were great. Vacuum and broom provided came in handy.
