Located within the prestigious Reserva Conchal, this completely renovated 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury beach condominium offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the award winning 18-hole golf course designed by the legendary Robert Trend Jones. Relax and unwind in the primary bath's soaking tub or enjoy preparing a gourmet meal for your family in our well stocked "chef's kitchen" that includes double ovens and a wine cooler. The unit sleeps a total of six with room configuration of one king, one queen and two twin beds.
Playa Conchal, located in front of the resort, is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica, pristine white sand and turquoise warm waters await you. The resort hosts a professional 18-hole golf course designed by the recognized Robert Trent Jones II. For nature lovers, the resort provides more than 5km of natural trails for hiking and biking, also a wildlife refuge (protected area) that is home of several flora and fauna species that are worth to visit.
This unit has full access to Reserva Conchal beach club, gym, pools, jacuzzi and spa, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and shuttle ride to/from the condo to/from the beach club, golf course, main gate.
The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.
Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.
Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.
If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.
In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.
Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

Clean, comfy, lovely 2 story penthouse fit our family perfectly. Great air conditioning, soft bedding and plenty of room to stretch out. We love Reserva Conchal and have visited several times. Really loved this unit and had a great time!

Our stay at this place was amazing, the condo is so beautiful and well taken care of. The views are breathtaking and the communication was always so easy and helpful. We absolutely recommend it and definitely be back.

Fabulous stay for multigenerational family. The condo itself is better than the pics! It is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. We rented a car for our trip, but you can easily opt for airport transfer and rent golf cart. This condo is far from the beach but the views of the beach and rain forest are spectacular. It took me about 20-25 minutes to walk down. There is a small and quiet pool for the condo. The condo also comes with guest card to the beachfront beach club. Amazing!! Full air conditioned gym, beautiful pool, restaurant serving from morning to evening, restrooms, showers, day towels, kayaks, paddleboards….We did use the kitchen….pay the daypass and get your groceries at Pricemart by the airport, you can also have groceries delivered. The “grocery” stores close by vary in offerings and sometimes quite limited. The kitchen had basic oil, salt/pepper, sugar and a few nonperishables that perhaps guests contribute. We left a few items for next guests. The Westin property is hundreds of acres of lush landscape for walking, hiking. A number of different restaurants within Westin and W. We had two good meals at beach club and did drinks/tappas at W. Again, the condo itself is roomy and gorgeous. The downstairs master currently has a full size bed (recommend that be upgraded to a king) and upstairs has a king - 3 full baths. We would absolutely stay here again in THIS unit. Thank you to the owners for sharing their slice of heaven.
