Welcome to Carao T5-1, a beautiful and cozy three-bedroom condominium in Reserva Conchal, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a relaxing connection with nature. With three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional half bathroom for guests, the condominium comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
THE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi, and double vanity. The room also has its own small private balcony, as well as direct access to the larger balcony, the perfect spot to step outside and enjoy the fresh tropical breeze.
The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and is exceptionally spacious. It includes a small desk, a large closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a double vanity.
The third bedroom features two twin beds and a small desk, making it a great option for children, friends, or guests who prefer separate beds.
All three bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, and closets for your comfort and convenience.
LIVING SPACES
The open living and dining area is warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a beautiful dining table where everyone can gather and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including quality appliances, plenty of cookware and kitchen essentials, and a spacious island with bar stools, perfect for enjoying breakfast, preparing meals, or simply gathering with family and friends.
The condominium also includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
