Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood! Spacious and open, has a gorgeous screened in sunroom which was nice for eating meals and enjoying the outdoors while also avoiding bugs. Trolley comes right through the neighborhood for a cheap and convenient way to get around if you don’t feel like driving and finding parking, although it comes with 2 parking passes! Had a great stay!

The house is wonderful! Clean, spacious, and had basically everything we needed. The location on the trolley line is fantastic. Home away from home. Unfortunately, the master bedroom and the location of the neighbor’s porch don’t pair well and there were two nights that we couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom due to their partying well after midnight. We woke up to them and thought someone was in the house! It was that loud. Even though the noise issue could have been situational, it's something future guests might want to be aware of.

Cute beach house with awesome front porch, nice location, and two Bethany parking passes. But, you may want to think twice about going in temps over 80 degrees. Thermostat is controlled remotely and, for half of our stay, this lovely home was 76-81 degrees inside during the afternoon until late at night. Several calls to management to lower the thermostat were met with confused replies, until eventually we realized the temperature was locked on 76+ and there it would stay until Mother Nature brought a cooling storm at the end of our beach trip.
