On the other side of the porch, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms and a bath plus the washer/dryer with 2 window A/C units. The family will enjoy the open back yard with outside shower to rise off the beach sand and a Gas Grill. Super location nestled in the quiet community of Bethany West offering outdoor pools, fitness center, playground and tennis courts ($30 recreation fee to use community amenities). Includes one Bethany town parking permit or take the Bethany Trolley to enjoy the surf and sand and downtown Bethany Beach!
