PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Living & Dining
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, complemented by a dining area designed for gathering. The living room is outfitted with three sofas, providing plenty of space for the whole group to relax in front of the Smart TV (equipped with cable and Wi-Fi).
Sleeping Quarters
All bedrooms are located on the second floor for added privacy. The Primary Suite features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are perfect for children, each featuring a pyramid bunk bed (Double on the bottom, Twin on top). These guest rooms share a well-appointed hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to the screened-in porch to enjoy the coastal breeze without the bugs. The property also features a convenient outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off sand before heading inside.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
-There is parking for 2 vehicles.
-This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog.
-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The house was very nice, and it had basic kitchen things. I would say that they could use some real dishes, not plastic, and ones that are microwave safe.

Enjoyed a great beach week at this nice, roomy townhouse with our whole family, including our dog. It’s only a short drive into town and a convenient parking pass is included. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had family stay here over 4th of July weekend, the location is great, very close to everything in Bethany but the neighborhood is very quiet.The house had everything we needed. The only slight issue is that for the bedrooms upstairs, the AC didn't cool as well as it did downstairs.

Nice location within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a small community pool. Parking right out front was convenient. Nice location of washer and dryer in the kitchen. Nice back porch with chairs, comfortable sofas and TV in living room. Nice big dining table. There were ants present in the foyer area and ant traps were placed in the house. No sheets/towels are provided. Mattress covers on the smaller beds are thick hard uncomfortable plastic that smell terrible. There were no shades or curtains on the windows in the smaller bedrooms. It was therefore bright and difficult to sleep.
