The unit is fully stocked with kitchenware, bedding, towels, and basic supplies. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)
The Space:
The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!
Guest Access:
Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!
Getting Around:
Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use. On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and in a lovely location—walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Chris, our host communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time! Thanks to our host for making this a perfect family get-together.

Wonderful stay and we’d absolutely go back when we’re in town again.Property was well described, comfortable for our group and well appointed. King beds were comfy/soft and bathrooms were large, great towels and room for two to get ready at the same time easily. We were pleasantly surprised to see laundry in-unit, something we missed in the original description. The hosts were very friendly with excellent instructions on how to check in, where to park and in a very cute part of downtown with a cozy coffee shop nearby (1 min walk). Great communication!The property is roughly 20 mins to downtown Madison- and an easy 20 minutes at that.

The place clean and spacious and comfortable, other than the pull-out couch. That was not good for sleeping on.Otherwise we loved our stay here.
