Only wood & tile floors throughout for naturally clean solid surfaces. Quiet location near Lake Monona & Yahara River. Comfy memory foam beds. Small deck & yard. Well stocked kitchen. Open layout two bedroom with updates of kitchen, windows, roof, siding, insulation. Offers exclusively wood & tile floors for natural surfaces and healthy living. Private entry. Deck, off street parking, yard and optional laundry for use. In addition to the three beds there is a futon (sofa bed) and a couch in the living room. Also cots, child mattress, and air mattresses are available for use.

Internet, television, linens/bedding, dishes, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, parking, etc. Laundry for an additional charge.
Other things to note
Convenient location is great for business. 3 nearby Parks, Lake path, and Neighborhood makes place ideal for families.
Additional pet fee and washer/dryer fee.
If you plan on bringing a pet(s) please inform us after you book. A one time fee of 35.00 will be added to your stay.

We had a nice 5 day stay to explore Madison and attend hockey camp. Doug’s place had everything we needed and was close and comfortable:)

communication with VRBO was a little sketchy. Got to unit and had not received an entry code. fortunately the people in the adjacent unit had the property managers number and when called got us in quickly. Property manager also quickly fixed a problem with the heating unit. Overall it was a good experience and the place served out needs.

The location is nice for visiting Madison. The duplex doors are very close together. Closing the front door next door rattles the wall, and you can hear the occupants next door. Porch is shared so you're looking into each other's front room. Back deck is shared - 2 tables with chairs about 4 feet apart. Yard was filled with felled tree wood so not able to use. A small thing but a little coffee to get you started is a nice touch. The front room rug seemed a bit dingy. The base of one couch looked broken and you could feel the springs when sitting on the chair. The bed we used was okay.
