Ample street parking available for use as well as parking in the lot.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

The host was very responsive and very kind and considerate to our reason for traveling. The property was beautiful and clean inside and out, we really enjoyed our stay.

We brought my elderly father in law home to Wisconsin to see family and friends. The property was in very good condition and the location was great for us. We would not hesitate to stay there again during our next visit.

Location was fine. Place was very clean. Check in was a hassle as the previous tenant or maint person had locked the main door resulting in us not being able to get in. This would have been a big pain if we had not been able to leave for a while and come back after it was fixed. The WIFI was not written on the provided board and we had to look at the tiny notes on the router to figure that out.
