Located in the commune of Vence, 3km from the town center, charming villa with sea view on a 1-hectare plot with a large private swimming pool (heated on request with extra fees) (11.5m x 6m). Deckchairs and garden furniture let you enjoy the outdoors, as well as a dining table and barbecue for eating in the sun. A pétanque court is also available. A garage and numerous parking spaces.
135m² villa 3 bedrooms with air conditioning in the living room only :
Large 60m² living room with breathtaking sea and pool views and fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with toilet.
Level -1:
1 bedroom with double bed (180cm), dressing room, a shower room with separate toilet. 1 bedroom with bunk bed (160cm) and sofa bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed (160cm) and sofa bed with indipendent access from the terrasse only.
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
Services available on request and charged directly by your agency:
- Pets (subject to owner's agreement): 10€ per night
- Baby cot : 55€
