About this villa rental

Close to motor boating, jet skiing, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. With the property's convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 5-minute drive to The Rosary Chapel or the 6-minute drive to Vence Cathedral.

After you return to this 2153-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the garden and deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Patricia and Pascal's house with our children (aged 15 and 18). Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how clean everything was (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, terrace and pool – simply everything). The house is located in a very quiet area, is very tastefully decorated without being overly cluttered, and is still very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook. In fact most of the equipment in the house was quite new. The pool is fantastic and the terrace with its wonderful view invites you to linger and relax. For us, it was the perfect home away from home. The photos give a very good impression of this place, but it is even better in person. And the one non-airconditioned room was itself so cool it did not really need it extra cooling. Vence, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is only a short drive away (approx. 5-8 minutes). Patricia and Pascal are great hosts – very friendly, always available and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this place! We would love to come back and can recommend this house without hesitation. 14-night stay in August 2024
