The highlight of this outdoor space is undoubtedly the infinity pool (5x10 meters), which seems to blend into the distant landscape, inviting refreshment and relaxation. New for 2026, the pool is now heated, which allows you to swim in warm water from May until the beginning of October.
From the terrace, you will see on one side the sea of the Cap d'Antibes and a magnificent view of the Esterel massif, while on the mountain side you will swim in the Baous (mountains or rocks in Provençal) which offer sumptuous walks and give access to breathtaking panoramic views.
This haven of peace is equipped with modern and comfortable outdoor furniture, including sofas and sun loungers, ideal for welcoming your guests or enjoying moments of tranquility while contemplating the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
Nearby, you will see a permanent barbecue that houses a large gas plancha, perfect for gourmet evenings under the stars.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms, two of which have independent access.
The Master/suite bedroom has a large space with a double bed (160x200) and two built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers. It is air-conditioned. It has a bay window opening onto a beautiful terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. It gives access to a relaxing terrace protected from the sun by an electric awning. Its independent shower room is equipped with a shower, a large sink and toilet.
In the Yellow room, the bay window gives direct access to the two olive trees. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double/twin bed (160x200) and a wardrobe dresser. A sliding door separates it from its Provençal bathroom where you will find an XXL shower, toilet and a sink.
The green room, opening onto a large shaded terrace, is equipped with two twin beds (160x200) and decorated in a contemporary Japanese style, it has a Japanese wardrobe and two stools that double as a bedside table.
At the back of the house, a large staircase leads to two large air-conditioned bedrooms:

We spent two wonderful weeks at Patricia and Pascal's house with our children (aged 15 and 18). Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how clean everything was (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, terrace and pool – simply everything). The house is located in a very quiet area, is very tastefully decorated without being overly cluttered, and is still very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook. In fact most of the equipment in the house was quite new. The pool is fantastic and the terrace with its wonderful view invites you to linger and relax. For us, it was the perfect home away from home. The photos give a very good impression of this place, but it is even better in person. And the one non-airconditioned room was itself so cool it did not really need it extra cooling. Vence, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is only a short drive away (approx. 5-8 minutes). Patricia and Pascal are great hosts – very friendly, always available and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this place! We would love to come back and can recommend this house without hesitation. 14-night stay in August 2024
