This 5-star Bastide, with Provençal charm, ideally nestled just 10 minutes from Tourrettes sur Loup, an emblematic village of the violet, has been voted "most beautiful medieval village in the Alpes-Maritimes" in 2023.
In addition, it also benefits from an appreciable proximity to Nice airport.
Here you will discover a multitude of activities such as golf, horse riding, tennis and mountain biking. Hiking routes will take you to the balconies of the Côte d'Azur offering a panoramic view stretching from Italy to the Esterel.
This Bastide offers you easy access to the must-sees of Provence: medieval villages Saint-Paul de Vence, Bar sur Loup, Baou de St Jeannet, the famous Promenade des Anglais, Cannes and its beaches, as well as prestigious art galleries and museums such as the Maeght Foundation, Picasso in Antibes, Matisse in Vence, Mamac in Nice. Not to mention the many cultural activities of the summer music festivals.
This area is also renowned for its southern gastronomy and its great chefs.
The house exudes a bucolic Provençal atmosphere in the heart of a multi-hundred-year-old olive grove of 2300 m² with superb outdoor spaces where to relax.
Facing south, the tastefully decorated, fully air-conditioned Bastide can accommodate up to eight people.
All rooms are equipped with a flat screen.
Upstairs two bedrooms with queen size beds, each equipped with its own bathroom WC.
On the first floor two en-suite bedrooms with their bathroom opening directly onto the garden. Both have a queen-size bed.
The spacious 70 m² living room with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with central island is the warm heart of the house.

The garden offers stunning views of the mountains as well as beautiful sunsets.
You will discover a superb summer kitchen under an arbour for breakfast or brunch by the pool: it is located by the pool surrounded by deckchairs with a heated jacuzzi ideal for relaxing. A covered fitness area is also available.
For authentic outdoor dining, a covered summer dining room can accommodate ten guests. A summer lounge, a petanque court shaded by olive trees as well as a refreshment area and a ping-pong table complete this idyllic setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

This is a beautiful property and a stylish home. The garden is huge and very pretty and completely safe for our dog. Everything you need is provided and each room has a private bathroom (2 en suites downstairs, 2 upstairs with bathrooms adjacent). The housekeeper and gardener were lovely and the owners very responsive. The local villages of Tourrettes sur Loup and Vence are great to visit and walk around and it was an easy 25 minute drive to reach the main coastal motorway to travel further afield. The area is stunning being set up in the hills with views of the hills and the coast. We had a wonderful stay!
