No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed
- This is a non-smoking property
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature
- **The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly.

Kitchen was well stocked just needs a bigger ice maker. Loved the decor, and space! Stairs, elevator, curtain rods, need fixing and that kitchen sliding door!! Showers not the best but doable:) Outside trash cans need to be in bear proof closet! Trash all over neighborhood and picking it up everyday, not fun! Neighborhood needs major cleanup! Over grown bushes and trees and weeds! Burnt house not good! Construction on other side, not good! We had a beautiful week and do appreciate you renting out your home to us. The above things are the only reasons I would give it a 4 star instead of 5 star rating. Easy fixes and should be done considering the costs

All went well. The beach was not too long a walk along a boardwalk next to the house. We had elevator problems, but Pristine Properties was quick to send out help. Also the a/c was not consistent with some rooms very cold and some rooms too warm. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, this was a great house for our family!
