Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Very nice place. We did have trouble trying to set the thermostat lower. No matter what it was set at it stayed around 74 which was pretty warm. We all enjoyed our stay!!

We had an amazing stay here for a weekend trip. The place was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space and the location was perfect! Would highly recommend for a weekend in Winter Park!

Very nice condo in downtown Winter Park, close to Rendezvous Park.
Great view from the roof top patio.
The 4th bedroom is very cramped, more suitable for kids than adults.
