Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Pros- Comfortable and nice interior. Great roof tub area and hot tub. Spacious kitchen. Radiant floor heat. Super close to shops and restaurants. We stayed here once before and are a repeat! Cons- construction surrounding the unit. I wish this had been disclosed as we woke up to trucks beeping and construction during our trip that was intended for a peaceful mountain getaway. Very bummed! Ask before booking if this is done. Lots of stairs which was fine for us, but not for everyone.

Recent construction. Modern style. Easy access to the ski area via the Winter Park bus system. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the condo. Would be cool in the summer with the roof top deck.

Property is a little worn out already, considering its age. Property Mgmt company was responsive to issues getting into property, but then didn’t follow up on an issue with the hot tub that we had to figure out ourselves. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and this is a perfect place for a family that doesn’t want to eat out for every meal. Not a bad place to stay at all… just needs some fine tuning.
