Absolutely amazing property and service. Had a small issue getting the app connected to the pool. Messaged the host, got a reply back immediately and had the issue resolved in 30 seconds. Very clean property. The pool and hot tub is just as amazing as the pictures!! Will definitely stay again when we're in the area!

The house was beautiful as the pictures. The beds were cozy and the house felt like home. Extra blankets and lots of extra pillows were very much appreciated. The outdoor space was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Definitely recommend and would go back!

Was very nice and convenient. Only thing I will say is my daughter swims at home 4 days a week and we have no problems with her skin. The chlorine content, or something else entirely gave her a rash all over her body. Me and my other daughter had zero issues. Check in was extremely easy, close to everything that you would need. All and all, was a great experience. I highly recommend the Naples Zoo.

Pool was nice. Was not happy about our arrival. Home wasn't clean. My family chipped in and we cleaned up. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and was not able to make contact with host until Monday am. We did get a reimbursement on cleaning fee. House was fine after we cleaned. Just not what we wanted to do when starting vacation.
