About this house rental
This space was completely remodeled in 2023 - no flooding from the hurricane. House has a premium view sitting on the end of the canal. Four bedrooms, all with TV's & wifi + Sofa Sleeper, Two full bathrooms, canal front, Gulf access, heated pool, ranch style home with southern exposure.
Two living rooms - vaulted! Open floor plan with a fully equipped, modern kitchen & office space. We have you covered with beach gear and games. Plus 4 Bikes & helmets. Don't want to leave the house? Not a problem, we have an wutdoor enclosed lounging and dining lanai with a private dock w/lift plus a fire pit and seating on water.
The view from the inside of the house to the pool is unbeatable not to mention from the pool to the canal, gorgeous. Eat dinner on the patio, soak up the sun or watch the kids swim. Fish off the dock or take your boat from our dock all the way to the bay or gulf. You may even spot a dolphin or manatee along the way.
Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and walk-in closet and private toilet. It also has a view of the canal and pool. Simply open the sliding doors to enjoy this incredible view from the comfort of your bed. The second bedroom, with a king size bed, overlooks the pool with sliding glass doors as well. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and there is a fourth bedroom with twin over twin bunks.
Just over a mile from Cape Coral parkway, approximately 1.5 mile walk, car or bike ride to downtown Cape Coral with a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and night life.
Enjoy your coffee on the waterfront by the dock or sip and evening drink around the dockside fire pit.
We have a washer and dryer, and a full second fridge - all in the garage for your use.
We have a Pack and Play, Highchair, infant plates, bowls and utensils. A starter pack of supplies is provided (coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper). Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase more.
There is a grocery store, Starbucks, gas station(s), pharmacy, church, and all the necessary conveniences approximately a mile from the home.
It is located on the Sequoia canal just off the Rubicon (accessible to the intercostal and Gulf of Mexico). Approximately 15 mins by boat to the lower Caloosahatchee river and depending on speed, approximately 35-45 mins to the Sanibel Causeway by boat. Easy drive or boat ride to Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Matlacha or Pine Island. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Cape Coral beach, shops and restaurants.
Fort Myers Airport is a short 20 miles away.
Punta Gourda Airport is 30 miles away.

Well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds, great pool area. 3 of 6 bikes advertised had flat tires, which was disappointing as we had a morning activity planned around it. Traffic noise was more than expected as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and well maintained, and it was stocked with everything we needed throughout our trip. It made settling in easy and stress-free.One of the highlights was the great fishing right off the dock. We spent a lot of time out there catching all sorts of fish including a couple stingrays and really enjoyed it. The house also had all the beach gear we needed, which made our beach days simple and fun without having to bring or rent extra equipment.There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, both inside and outside. The pool was a nice bonus and perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.Communication with the host was excellent as well, they were responsive and helpful the entire time.Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and we would absolutely come back again!

The house was clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, was filled with every amenity you could think of, set on a beautiful canal, and host was attentive to the communication process.

The house was very comfortable for our large family group. The open concept kitchen with a large island and dining room table flowed well into two separate indoor living rooms and the lanai. The pool was a highlight for our family.
