Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent the home. No parties of any kind will be tolerated on property. If it is determined that guests outside of the reservation are present or a party is taking place, the guest may be asked to leave and forfeit any and all payments made.

No smoking in the home or by the pool. Monitors are present and if it`s determined smoking is taking place, fines for additional cleaning may be assessed.

No bait in the main refrigerators. There is a small, dedicated bait fridge outside under the lanai. If bait is suspected to have been left in the refrigerator, fees for cleaning may apply.
