Westin Resort Marina Village is located about a mile away and is on the Caloosahatchee River with breath-taking views out to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and beyond to the Gulf of Mexico. It offers few upscale restaurants and boutique shops. Sun Splash Water Park is just 7 miles (11 km) away from the house. Fort Myers beach is only 14 miles (22 km) from the house.

We really enjoyed this property the lake view was really peaceful. The pool was great. The location of the property was great so close to downtown Cape Coral, Down town Fort Meyer’s was just a short drive away, lots of great golf courses in the area. Lots of restaurants around and nice to have a grocery store not too far away also. The house was stocked with everything you could possible need to stay in and cook. Great house will defiantly stay again.

We have been in this property before and enjoyed this time as well. We usually go to Cape Coral area on July 4th for a family vacation. The house was clean, stocked well with all needed items, adequate room for our family and had a great location. The issues that were needing attention (sent pics to the manager) were noted. The pool was a favorite and overall, we enjoyed the stay (7/3-7/6) Communication with the manager was also very quick, efficient and timely. Would come again- highly recommend.

The house was great, but the pool heater was broke for our whole stay. When I asked about a possible refund of perhaps one night of our stay, the owner ghosted me and I have not heard from him since.
