This villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation within easy reach of Arezzo, Cortona, the villages of the Val d’Orcia and Lake Trasimeno.
At guests’ disposal: 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom; air conditioning (included in the rental price) in the entire house; modern kitchen; large, enclosed garden; pool with panoramic views for guests’ exclusive use (10 x 5 meters; minimum depth: about 1 meter; maximum depth: 1,75 meters); outdoor space equipped for dining outside; free WIFI internet; baby bed; barbecue; parking within the grounds.

We had a wonderful few weeks at this beautiful villa which was perfect for my family of four. We spent days by the pool which was warm even though early in the season and while felt like you were in the middle of nowhere when you arrive, you are quickly on the wine route, near vineyards and the train station to Florence, Arezzo or Rome. We also had many amazing meals in Cortona and enjoyed the markets there. The host was really helpful throughout and the property is finished to a really high standard. You definitely need a car to get around as no taxis.

It is very private and has an electric gated drive. The modern interior is finished to a very high standard, with masses of space, storage and equipment. The property representative was also excellent and looked after us very well from start to finish. You can tell the family are rightly very proud of the property and care for their guests. This was our third time in Tuscany and our favourite place to stay. Highly recommended!
