Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf.
After a day of fun in the sun or sightseeing in our gorgeous town, spoil yourself with luxury in the living room and enjoy a great movie with a brand new 66 inch flat screen HDTV. Need more relaxing? Take a nap in one of the four most delightful bedrooms with brand new furnishings and mattresses.
Professionally interior designed to capture the uniqueness of this design, this property is filled with Santa Barbara local treasures with quality bedding and linens. This property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be “two masters” in this beach villa.

The property was great - we rented both units and it was a nice amount of together and apart (they are separated by an outdoor staircase). The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the beach supplies (wagon, cooler bag, chairs). Loved being within walking distance of State Street and the beach. There is a great promenade for running.

Spotless and well appointed, this rental was among the best experiences we’ve ever had with rentals. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere and we felt so comfortable whenever we were at the rental duplex. Highly recommend theee 2 units.

Very clean property. Blocks from the beach and wharf. Close to State St (beachside) so longer walk to main shopping/restaurant area. Enjoyed our stay.

The place was very nice but please be aware there is no central AC. They list it in the fine print of the description which can be very easily overlooked.
