We had 4 couples enjoy the nicely remodeled home with a beautiful view of the ocean and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and downtown Santa Barbara (State St., etc.). Brent was easy to work with and we appreciated the personal welcome and tour of the home to quickly learn how to use the amenities and features. Brent's document about the house and what to do in Santa Barbara was good to have for our 3-day weekend. The kitchen has everything you need - please note that 4 drawers have drawers within the drawer (it took a few minutes to discover).

A group of us spent five days in this gorgeous house while attending the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and were thrilled that this is the place we chose for our stay. It's perfectly situated whether you want to spend time at the beach or in town. Brent was there to welcome us when we arrived and was available and informative about anything we wanted to know. We can recommend more highly!
