This Spanish style villa has 6 spacious bedrooms including two very large Master bedrooms, 7 spa quality bathrooms so every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. We have a large gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and a separate dining area. There is a very large living room, a game room, and 4 indoor fireplaces as well. We have a motor court to accommodate guests parking. There is wireless internet and cable throughout the property. The property is near a large park, a hiking trailhead and the bike trail. A few minutes drive to the beach as well as the airport and a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. We have a state of the art security system with cameras on the entry points and outdoor walkways. We have an on-site caretaker in a detached guest house. Unfortunately the local laws do not allow us to do that sort of thing. We are inundated with wedding inquiries and just don't like having to say no multiple times a day. Fabulous house! The house is amazing. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus additional community bathrooms. My family, which includes teenagers, were entertained. Between the pool, pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and games, there was something for everyone. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are perfect for large families. I think feeding the koi in the pond was the highlight of my nieces’ trip. Becky, the property caretaker is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this rental!

We’re amazed at the beauty of the property. It was spacious and beautiful for our party of 13. Each family had plenty of room in their own area.Included in our party were five children from the ages of 4–9 years old. The pool, the game room, the putting green, and the gym area were all hits with all of us.Any questions or minor concerns were quickly addressed by the host and owner. Would definitely recommend this property! We’re hoping to return sometime.

This was an amazing stay. We were here fora few nights in between events with our family of 11- there was plenty of space, activities for little kids and teens and a huge comfortable couch. The owner and property manager were accommodating and very friendly. Would highly recommend to large families!

Fantastic stay! Communication with both the host and caregiver was excellent—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The property is stunning, even better than the online photos. We especially loved that every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Perfect for a large extended family gathering. Highly recommend!
