Casa Riviera - Boutique Suites in Downtown Santa Barbara

New and shiny, nice neighborhood. Very close to SB Bowl!

Being August, the A/C was very good, but we couldn’t figure out if there was heat available?

Clean and modern amenities. 10 mins walk from the downtown. If I didn’t travel with an infant whom I breastfeed, the amenities would have met all my needs. The kitchenette was almost perfect — multi-functional microwave/airfryer/broiler. I appreciated that they provided new cleaning sponge for dishes. While I was there, there was an unplanned short power outage. Even though the check-in process was completely digital without human in the loop, it was still easy to get hold of the representative to get a physical key via lock code. Would recommend to anybody!! It exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Since I still nurse my infant, it was hard to do so comfortably without any armchair or ottoman. The only ding with the kitchenette is there is no drying rack.

This is a lovely property that exceeded our expectation. We thought the pillows were a little too thicker and the housekeeping brought us more pillow options very quickly! We will come back again!

We stayed in June 2026, the pre info was really clear including check in / out and parking. The room was spotless and the apartments are perfectly placed for Santa Barbara and the surrounding area, the balcony provided a perfect area for a relaxing evening. Great communication from the management team throughout........highly recommended!
