Property and room had great amenities. Shower had great water pressure. Able to open window in room for nice coastal cool air. Enjoyed open patio setting for relaxation after wine tasting. Great location near marina, wharf, and State street. Continental breakfast was delish and enjoyed the local coffee. Staff was friendly. Provided suggestions and directions. We would stay again.

We actually had 2 reservations and stayed a total of 3 nights. My parents stayed in a handicapped bedroom. Both rooms were nice. Had bathroom amenities. We were able to open our window for fresh air. Parents had a first floor patio where we enjoyed some wine and take-in. Breakfast with local coffee and tasteful croissants, muffins, and yogurt were enjoyable. There was a filter water station in the courtyard to fill water bottles. Staff was friendly and provided suggestions and directions. We enjoyed some time in general courtyard of the second floor as well with the nice weather. Walking distance to the marina and an easy walk to Stearns Wharf and State Street. Overall great location. We would stay again.

I ran into another couple in the elevator and I had a personal pillow under my arm. I explained that I brought my own pillow wand the both look at me and said "the pillow suck here!" Other than that the room should have a microwave and the free breakfast is kinda a joke. Mellow cute spot though.

For our one day stay, this property met all our needs: clean, good location, close to gas station, walkable to beach and restaurants, friendly staff and great coffee! Will stay again.
