Enjoy a stunning view of Crested Butte Mountain from the open living room. This 3 bedroom Snowcrest Condo is located approximately 100 yards to the main lifts and 150 yards to the Children's Ski School! Conveniently placed across the street from the main base area but still connected via the sky foot bridge which places you in the heart of the ski area in just a minutes walk! Check out the amazing fall colors, the huge winter snowfall , colorful spring flowers and the endless summer days. All the amenities. Great for families!
This beautifully furnished condominium has 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 twins accommodating 6 people. When you walk into the condo you immediately find the 2 main bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs from these bedrooms is the 3rd loft style bedroom with 2 twin beds. Downstairs from this entry is the living room with wood burning fireplace (wood included), kitchen and dining room along with the 2nd bathroom for convenience. A washer/dryer is located downstairs as well.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home! The balcony off the living room will give you amazing views of Mt Crested Butte as well as the downtown Crested Butte area.
The common areas feature an outdoor hot tub and gas grill.
4 wheel drive required in winter months.
We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforeseen trip delay or cancellation.
All rentals are to responsible adults over the age of 25 and families.
There are 2 parking spaces located in the Snowcrest parking lot for guests use. You must display parking passes while parked in the lot.
There are 4 flights of stair from the parking lot to the condo. The condo is located on the garden level which is the same level as the skybridge to the base area.
ABSOLUTELY NOT PETS ALLOWED ON SNOWCREST PROPERTY OR IN THE CONDO ITSELF

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit as our home for Spring Break!! The space was plentiful for our family of 5. The two younger kids loved sleeping in the upper level and our middle schooler was thrilled to have his own room. The location was a very short walk to the Red Lady lift and it was too easy to leave our skiis and walk back to the unit for lunch. The hot tub at the end of the day was a nice amenity and we had the opportunity to chat with other guests who were also enjoying the hot tub. Our only suggestion would be to have a designated place for snow/ski gear. We look forward to coming back next year!

This condo was awesome and in a very convenient location, short 5 minute walk to the slopes and bus stop to take you into Crested Butte, I could not have been happier with that.
Cons:
- Stairs, lots and lots of stairs. Don't book this if you're unable to take your luggage/gear up and down 3 flights of outdoor stairs
- Parking. We were promised two parking spots but when our second car arrived there was no parking available and we could not get a response from the property manager until the next morning, which at that point was already too late. This is my main complaint as it caused a lot of stress and a very long walk with bags from the parking spot we were forced to illegally park at for the night.

The location of this property is amazing! Great space, properly stocked and we'll suited for our needs. We had 6 adults and fit nicely. Would definitely stay again.
