Eagle’s Nest Townhomes are located on Crested Butte Mountain adjacent to the ski area. Perched high on a ridge, you’ll have spectacular mountain views! Amenities for the complex include saunas and two hot tubs with the same views to soak in the mountains. 2 permitted vehicles are allotted and free wifi. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage. ADVISORY: Winter conditions can make it difficult for 2 wheel-drive to make it up the steep driveway. 4-wheel is strongly recommended.
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 full bath townhome is most popular for its’ garage to store your toys and breathtaking views of the mountains. This condo entrance is located on the second floor above the garage. Upon entering, you’ll see the stretched floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room with a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your friends or family. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table. Comfortable seating in the living room with large flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, and access to the balcony with mountain views. The king master bedroom is located on the second floor, complete with a large flat-screen TV and its’ own ensuite and balcony access with a view of the mountains. The other guest bedroom is located on the same level down a short hall with a king bed. Washer and dryer available in the garage. 2 permitted vehicles allotted. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage. ADVISORY: Winter conditions can make it difficult for 2 wheel-drive to make it up the steep driveway. 4-wheel is strongly recommended.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. Access to the transit center from the Eagle’s Nest Townhomes in the summer is via a 10-minute walk. During the winter, the condo loop shuttle will run once an hour to the entrance of the complex and return to the main transit center for access to the base area or a transfer to the main shuttle to town.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. If you would like to arrange housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our office to schedule for a modest fee.

Reviews need to be balanced with the good and the bad. But, what does one do if no bad is to be found? Wonderful location. Wonderful apartment. Nice balcony. Comfortable stay.

I’m going to preface this with saying, 3 stars might be pushing it a little.
This place has a great location, perfect for what we needed, and slept all of us just fine. However. I don’t think it gets cleaned properly. When we showed up, we did the walk through that everyone does, wow look at this how cute is that, etc. Then we started noticing little things; the trash in the living room wasn’t emptied, the rug by the door hadn’t been vacuumed properly. When my husband went to the bathroom, there were streaks in the toilet, super gross!! My mother in-law mentioned how dirty her feet were that night after showering, when she literally walks around barefoot outside and they still don’t get that bad! There was a small glasses cleaning rag on the bedroom floor, an opened bag of sunflower seeds in one of the drawers, and the drinking glasses all had a film on them that was easily removed after going in the dishwasher so not sure what that was. The garage had cockroaches as well. On top of that, a different condo had requested cleaning and not only did this person not check the number, they did not knock on the door and just walked straight in while we were cooking dinner. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to a lot of things but cleaning should never, ever be skimped on.
